Catalog of the DAISUKE TANAKA photo exhibition "DEPTH OF IDOL" held in March 2014.
There is no way to know this fact other than through photographs, painful scenes cut out from everyday life. The consciousness that is based on the idea of impermanence that everything is beautiful because it perishes will not be able to surpass reality, even if the beauty is intentionally created in minute detail. Idols appear and disappear in the people at the bottom and the scenery at the bottom. The pain we are burdened with becomes a ``certain scenery'' of everyday life and quietly lurks...

The connection between the background and images that emerge from the physical and mental pain that a skater experiences every day subliminally challenges the viewer's thoughts through the photographs.

Artwork that draws various motifs such as characters and textures using a wide variety of techniques based on freehand lines.
Many of his works are created based on his experiences on skateboards and on the streets, and his photographs continue to document the world primarily from the perspective of the streets.
He holds solo exhibitions both domestically and internationally and is active in a wide range of fields.
