A coffee dripper engraved with the logo of ONE KILN, a workshop in Kagoshima. This single-hole type is suitable for extracting the flavor of coffee well, and can be extracted deliciously even for one person.

About the ASH series
We are particular about making products in Kagoshima, and one of the things we focused on was the volcanic ash that comes from the symbol of Sakurajima. This series was completed after years of trial and error, including determining the amount of ash to add and the temperature at which to bake. The individual color changes are due to the position in the kiln and the chemical reaction of the glaze. Finding your favorite texture is part of the fun, but this glaze also changes over time in an attractive way. The more you use it on a daily basis, the more its flavor will increase, and it will grow into a one-of-a-kind vessel.

【Notes】
・This series is made of porcelain. I use a unique glaze made from volcanic ash. When first used, iron contained in the glaze may remain on the surface. The ingredients have been tested and there is no effect on the human body, but please wash thoroughly before use.
・This glaze is also attractive as it changes over time. It may have oil or water marks, but the more you use it, the more it will turn into a unique deep black. (If you want it to absorb quickly, you can also rub oil such as olive oil on kitchen paper.)
- When using a dishwasher, microwave, or oven, please follow the usage instructions for each model, just as you would with regular porcelain. Especially in the case of ovens, sudden changes in temperature may cause cracks as the plates are not specially made for the oven. Please avoid using it in the following ways.
Example 1) A dish heated in the oven is suddenly placed in a sink filled with water.
Example 2) Take a cold plate out of the freezer and put it in a warmed oven to cook.
・Please avoid using the product for purposes other than its intended purpose, using it over open flames, and using abrasive detergents, cleansers, metal scrubbers, etc.
・Please stop using the product if it breaks, chips, or cracks, as it may cause unexpected injuries or accidents.

『HANDLING AND CARE』
・ ASH is a series of porcelain. Original glaze made with volcanic ash is used. At the beginning of its use, you might find iron on the sur face of the product. The component inspection has been conducted, which made it clear that it has no impact on human body, but please wash before use.
・ You might like the aged deterioration of the glaze. Sometimes water stains or oil stains leave on the tableware but it will change into distinctively deep black. (If you would like to quickly make its color deep, you can rub olive oil in it)
・ When using a dishwasher, a microwave or an oven, please handle as other ceramics. ASH is not specifically designed to be used in the oven, so sudden temperature change may cause cracks. Also please avoid the following use.
1. Soaking the heated item in the water from the oven.
2. Putting the cold item in the oven from the freezer.
・Please use only for intended purpose. Please avoid using with open flame, abrasive, cleanser and wire wool.
・Please avoid using any item with cracks, as it may cause damage or accident.
