Regarding the reception party

・Entrance tickets to the reception party will be distributed to customers who purchase related products.
*Distribution of reception party admission tickets will end once the limit is reached. Please note.

・Only those with an admission ticket can enter.

・Only one person can enter per ticket.

・We will be closed from 17:00 to 18:00 on the day of the event to prepare for the reception.

Product sales terms and notes

・Reservations, reservations, back-orders, and mail order sales are not possible.

・Product sales tickets will be distributed from 10:00 AM on the release date.

・Distribution time may be slightly delayed.

・One person can purchase up to one item of each item.

・After the numbered tickets are distributed, the staff will guide you in the order of the numbered tickets, so please stay in line and wait.

・This numbered ticket allows you to enter the venue quickly and does not guarantee purchase of limited items.

・A numbered ticket is required when making a purchase. Customers who have lost their items will not be able to purchase them.

・Please refrain from activities that may disturb the neighborhood, such as lining up late at night.

・We are not responsible for any troubles between customers.

・Resale of product numbered tickets and reception party admission tickets is prohibited.

・There may be media interviews on the day of the event. Please note that there is a possibility that it may be reflected in the camera.

・Please manage your own baggage. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage inside or outside the venue.
