Upcoming Romanian brand < Les vacances d’Irina > to hold pop-up store
2021.10.15

The concept of "Mediterranean vacation" is the up-coming brand Les vacances d’Irina (Les Vacances de Irina). The brand produces feminine real clothes updated with modernity, while keeping in mind the careful craftsmanship with an awareness of local characteristics. This season, following the 2021 Spring/Summer season, the brand will be available only at "International Gallery BEAMS" in Japan. The brand is now holding an event where you can see the brand's collection for the fall/winter 2021 season all in one place.
Following the pop-up shop held at "International Gallery BEAMS" as the first event, the second event will be held at the much-talked-about showroom "TheSightRoom" that opened in 2020.
< The pop-up store of < International Gallery BEAMS > will feature the collection of < Les vacances d’Irina > and a selection of vintage clothes from the popular vintage store "Witty Vintage" in Yutenji, Tokyo, including Romanian blouses from the early 20th century, French-made ruffled shirts and church smocks. The shop also offers a wide range of vintage clothes that can be styled with the < Les vacances d’Irina > collection, such as early 20th century Romanian blouses, French made ruffle shirts and church smocks, as well as denims that can be worn with the brand's bottoms. In addition, new items from the collection will be added to the first pop-up store, and novelties will be available.
Also, starting this season, items from the same brand and International Gallery BEAMS women's capsule collection line <Alb> will be launched. Items that incorporate the feel of local atelier work and handiwork, which is the brand's identity, as one of the details are introduced every season. The fabric used for each item is high-quality deadstock fabric carefully selected by the designer, and the first collection starts with accessories featuring embroidery and handmade tassels.
You can also view it at the official online shop.
Please look forward to this valuable opportunity.

<Les vacances d'Irina>
A brand started by Irina Morosanu based in Bucharest, Romania. The brand's origins date back to when he started making straw bags by himself using vintage baskets he found at a flea market. I visited Italy and the Greek islands on vacation. The abundance of natural materials that she encountered in the Mediterranean stimulated her desire to create, and she began creating her own collection that made use of natural materials carefully woven using traditional methods from her home country. The person in charge of tailoring the clothes that created a natural mood was a skilled female craftsman who was previously in charge of costume tailoring. Each of the brand's items is woven in a small, family-run mill, and they strive to create products with local attention to detail.
