A special collaboration between MANGART BEAMS, a project that handles a wide range of manufacturing and branding for pop culture and entertainment, and the popular manga "Blue Period" has been realized!
The first ever manga “Blue Period”, which is currently being published in “Afternoon (Kodansha)”, will be held at Terada Warehouse G1 Building in Tennozu from Saturday, June 18, 2022 to Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Exhibition ``Blue Period Exhibition ~ Is art a talent? ~' is currently developing collaboration goods with MANGART BEAMS.
At this exhibition, you can relive the world of the original work, and you can see the paintings that appear in the work and experience the character's "Character Large Plaster Room". This is irresistible content for fans of ``Period''.
There is also a corner where you can decipher famous paintings with your art prep school classmate Hashida, and there is plenty of interesting content that can be used to study in the art field. At the end of the exhibition, there will be a booth where you can see Mr. Yamaguchi's workplace.

■What is Blue Period?
Manga by Tsubasa Yamaguchi. Currently being serialized in "Monthly Afternoon" (Kodansha) (the latest 12 volumes of comics are now on sale!). It won the Manga Award in 2020, and will be made into a TV anime on MBS and TBS in 2021. It will be made into a stage play at the Tennozu Galaxy Theater in March 2022.
■Story summary
Yatora Yaguchi, a high school student with excellent grades and a high-ranking school caste, leads a fulfilling life, but one day he is captivated by a painting. The impact drives Yatora to throw himself into the beautiful but harsh world of art. Full of art know-how, this is the story of a student who is passionate about taking the entrance exam to enter an art university, and Yatora and his friends aim for the future with the support of ``what they love.''
A project that deals with a wide range of manufacturing and branding, not only in manga and anime, but also in pop culture and entertainment, such as games, idols, theater, and television. In all aspects of pop culture, we will widely disseminate the passion and excitement that artists and creators put into their works through various projects edited from the unique perspective that BEAMS has cultivated.
