Sanrio's popular national character Hello Kitty, beloved by people of all ages, will celebrate its 50th BEAMS COUTURE in 2024. To commemorate the 50th anniversary, BEAMS COUTURE will be releasing special collaboration items inspired by Hello Kitty at the time of her debut.
In order to create a collaboration that evokes history, the stuffed animals have a vintage skin color, as if they have been together for 50 years, and the bags are embroidered with nostalgic motifs that recall the time of their debut. In addition to the goods, two types of clothing with a retro atmosphere are also available. In addition, fashion influencer COCO is featured wearing the items in the visuals.
Look forward to a range of items that adults can enjoy as well, unique to BEAMS COUTURE.

I put my heart into this design to commemorate the 50th anniversary of my beloved Hello Kitty. Hello Kitty has evolved in many ways over the past 50 years, but my favorite is Kitty from when she first debuted. I wanted to express the historical atmosphere of that time, so I created a lineup based on beige and red.
