A permanent virtual world inspired by Tokyo, "TOKYO MOOD by BEAMS", has opened!

BEAMS has been promoting virtual businesses and working to connect the real and virtual worlds through activities such as setting up a booth at "Virtual Market," one of the world's largest* VR events, and participating in the metaverse app "ZEPETO."

Then, on Friday, May 31st, 2024, we will open the permanent world "TOKYO MOOD by BEAMS" on the social VR platform "VRChat."

This world, modeled after Tokyo at night, features many cozy places, such as izakayas and music bars, where users can meet up in the virtual space to drink and chat.

Additionally, the BEAMS store within the world not only displays the 3D costumes that BEAMS sells for avatars, but also allows visitors to try them on, and is fully equipped with a photo studio, something that can only be experienced in a virtual space.

"TOKYO MOOD by BEAMS Launch Party with Yamaha"

To celebrate the launch of "TOKYO MOOD by BEAMS," a live event will be held in collaboration with Yamaha Corporation starting at 9pm today, May 31st (Friday)! The event will be streamed live on the official BEAMS YouTube channel.
