BEAMS T to hold POP UP SHOP at London's LN-CC! Limited edition T-shirts designed by 10 artists to be distributed worldwide
2024.08.06

BEAMS T will be holding a pop-up shop at LN-CC, a highly sophisticated select shop that attracts attention from people and media around the world as a place where you can experience the cutting edge of fashion and culture in London, the POP UP SHOP of trends.
The memorable pop-up will be decorated by 10 artists with ties to both BEAMS T and LN-CC. The 10 artists, who transcend genres and generations and work in collage, oil painting, graphics, and more, will be printing new artwork created specifically for this project on T-shirts, creating an impressive lineup that will be launched in London. On the first day, Thursday, August 8th, a reception event will be held at LN-CC to celebrate the pop-up.
After the POP UP ends, the collection will be available for purchase in Japan from Friday, August 16th. Don't miss these special items that highlight the individuality of each artist.
Through this initiative, the blank body “new T”, which was launched last year incorporating all of BEAMS T ’s knowledge and experience, will be unveiled in Europe for the first time.
This project will send out to the world the works of the splendid artists who have graced the canvases of BEAMS T through the filter of "LN-CC." Look forward to the diverse cultural trends that will be born from this cross-border collaboration.

Sablo Mikawa
Sablo learned oil painting when he was in elementary school. Influenced by early modern and modern paintings, he uses expansive expressions and homages to depict things, emotions, and stories from the modern world in oil paintings. Grotesque effects are applied to the faces and bodies of the people Sablo draws, emphasizing their different character, inner self, and silhouettes from those of living people. These effects come from Sablo's deepest love of Western paintings, movies, music, manga, and more, which he samples to express things and emotions seen in the modern world and incorporates them into his works. @sablomikawa1987

Yabiku Henrique Yudi
Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1997. Moved to Japan at the age of 11. Started expressing himself using collage in 2017. His works challenge the tendency of viewers to be trapped in dualistic descriptions such as love and hate, order and chaos, beauty and distortion. By combining graphics from old magazines, which can be considered waste, with ready-made materials from the industrial realm, far from the realm of art, he blurs the boundaries between artwork and consumables, entertainment and utility, cause and functional definition. His style of expression, which is entirely based on intuition, has taken Tokyo's art and fashion scene by storm. He is currently expanding the scope of his expression to include object creation and spatial installations, centered on collage. @yabikuhenriqueyudi
