A collaboration project between the movie "It's Tough Being a Man" and BEAMS JAPAN "It's Tough Being a Man BEAMS Edition 55th Anniversary" is now on sale!

This year marks the 55th anniversary of the release of the first "Otoko wa Tsurai yo" film, and BEAMS JAPAN will be selling special, one-off products titled "Otoko wa BEAMS Edition 55th Anniversary."
This project has been a hot topic among Tora-san fans and has been well-received every time.
In this collaboration, in addition to a new series inspired by the works that Madonna Lily has appeared in, original illustrated goods by popular illustrator Inunko will also be released for the first time!
The lineup also includes popular staple items such as caps, sake bottles, and accessory cases.

A collaboration has been realized with long-established companies with ties to Higashi Ginza, where Shochiku Co., Ltd. is located, and Ginza, including Ginza Matsuzaki Senbei, Ginza Kimuraya Sohonten, and Bunmeido.
We will be releasing new products inspired by the Madonna character "Lily," played by Ruriko Asaoka in "Otoko wa Tsurai yo."

Ginza Matsuzaki Senbei's record rice crackers are themed around the legendary record said to have been released by Madonna Lily in the 11th film, "Tora-san's Forget-Me-Not."
Ginza Kimuraya Sohonten's Tora and Lily melon bread is based on the popular scene from the "Tora-san and Lily" series, "The Melon Riot," from the 15th film, "Tora-san and the Umbrella." Bunmeido's brown sugar castella cake, made with brown sugar from Amami Oshima, where Tora-san and Lily spent time, from the 48th film, "Tora-san and the Red Flower."
