How to submit a review
You can post a review by clicking the "Write a review" button in the "Purchase Details" and "Online Purchase History" sections of your My Page.
If you purchased in store:

1. Tap the "Write a review" button under "Purchase Details" and "Online Purchase History" on your My Page
*Products that do not have a "Write a review" button are not eligible for reviews.
2-3. Enter the items on the review submission screen and tap "Submit review"
- Input information -
・Item rating
・Review title (up to 100 characters)
・Review content (up to 1000 characters. (Line breaks are counted as 1 character))
・Email address (your email address will not be made public)
・Nickname (optional) If not entered, it will be set to "no name".
・Upload review photos (optional)
・Profile items: Age/Gender/Height/Body type
*Customers cannot delete, re-edit, or re-post.
4. Submission complete
It may take some time for your ad to be published as it takes time for us to review it.
*Miles will be awarded after review.
*The order in which entries are posted may not necessarily be the order in which they are submitted.
* Posts that are not published will not be eligible for mileage rewards.
Terms and conditions
・You can post one review per color and size of the same product. If you purchase a product for which you have previously posted a review, you will not be able to post a review.
・If you purchase as a guest, you cannot post a review.
- If the "Write a review" button is not displayed for a product, you will not be able to post a review.
・Reviews posted during the campaign period will be eligible for double miles.
・It may take some time for our company to review your ad, so it may take several days for it to be published.
・Miles will be awarded after the review is reviewed. They will be awarded the day after your review is posted, so please check your My Page.
The order in which entries are posted may not necessarily be the order in which they are submitted.
・Posts that are not published will not be eligible for miles.
- Customers cannot delete, re-edit, or re-post content.
- We do not provide notifications regarding whether or not an application will be published, nor provide explanations in the event that an application will not be published.
・As a general rule, we do not respond to reviews submitted, but we may reply depending on the content.
- Device-dependent characters and environment-dependent characters cannot be used.
