About the lottery sale

​​・Lottery application period: Friday, October 25, 2024, 11:00 to Thursday, October 31, 2024, 23:59
*There will be no reply to the alert email indicating that the entry has been completed. We are unable to answer inquiries regarding whether or not your entry has been completed. please note that.
The items on sale this time are two types: “Standard Size Hedorah (Halloween Colors) *BULLMARK reprint” and “DX Hedorah (Halloween Colors).”
・Each person is limited to one entry.
(Only Hedorah or DX Hedorah is available.)
・Only BEAMS CLUB members can enter the lottery. If you would like to participate in the lottery, please register in advance.
・Once you have completed your entry, you cannot change the information you have entered.
・If multiple entries are made using the same name or account, the entries will be invalidated regardless of the reason.
・You cannot check your lottery history entries on My Page.

Regarding lottery results

-On Wednesday, November 6, 2024, only the winners will be emailed details including the winning number and sales method.
・If you have spam settings set up, there is a possibility of a delivery error when we send you the winning email, so please disable the following domain blocking.

Regarding purchase

・Please choose your purchase method in the application form, either pick up at the store (BEAMS JAPAN (Shinjuku) 4th floor "TOKYO CULTUART by BEAMS") or purchase by cash on delivery. You cannot change your purchase choice after you have been selected.
・If you choose in-store pickup, only the winner can purchase the item at TOKYO CULTUART by BEAMS on the 4th floor BEAMS JAPAN (Shinjuku) during the period stated in the winning email.
・If you choose cash on delivery, the item will only be shipped to the address you entered in the application form. (Product price + cash on delivery fee, shipping fee 660 yen *Some exceptions apply)
Shipments will be made from November 7, 2024 onwards. (Items will be shipped within one week from November 7th.)
・At the time of checkout, please present one of the following photo IDs specified by our company.
*Copies, photos, and expired items will be invalid.

For those who do not have four types of ID with a photo, you can also present a disability certificate with a photo or a My Number card with a photo.
・Only the winning items can be purchased.
・After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. If the product is defective, we will not provide a replacement. Please note that we will only accept refunds.

Notes

・We will refuse the sale if we see anyone giving or receiving money or goods, whether inside or outside the store.
・We cannot answer inquiries about the number of items in stock or the number of items in stock.
・If there is insufficient information in the application form, your entry may be invalidated.
