Lottery application period: Friday, December 6, 2024, 11:00 - Sunday, December 15, 2024, 20:00
Entry reception venue: ShinPuhkan (Kyoto) Pop-up space
How to enter: You can enter via the online form which is only accessible to those who visit the ShinPuhkan (Kyoto) pop-up space.

・Please note that you will not receive an alert email when your entry is complete. Also, we cannot answer any inquiries regarding whether your entry has been completed or not.
・Each person is limited to one entry.
・Only BEAMS CLUB members can enter the lottery. If you would like to enter the lottery, please register in advance.
・Once you have completed your entry, you cannot change the information you have entered.
・You cannot check your lottery history entries on My Page.

[Regarding the lottery results]

・Only the winners will be notified by email on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, with details such as the winning number and sales method.
・If a cancellation occurs after we have notified you that you have won, we may hold a new lottery for those who did not win the first lottery. We will send an email to those who have been selected after the first lottery on December 26, 2024.
・If you have set up spam filters, please unblock the following domains in advance.

[About purchase]

・Please select your purchase method in the application form, either pick up at the store (BEAMS JAPAN Kyoto) or purchase online with cash on delivery. Changes cannot be made after the winner is selected.
・If you choose to pick up the item in store, only the winner can purchase it at BEAMS JAPAN Kyoto during the period stated in the winning email. Any purchases made by anyone other than the winner will be invalid.
・If you choose cash on delivery, the item will only be shipped to the address you entered in the application form. (Product price + cash on delivery fee, shipping fee 660 yen *Some exceptions apply)
・Items will be shipped sequentially from December 18, 2024 onwards. (Items will be shipped within one week from December 18th.)
・When picking up at the store, please present one of the following forms of photo identification as specified by our company.
*Copies, photographs, and expired tickets will be invalid.

For those who do not have four types of ID with a photo, you can also present a disability certificate with a photo or a My Number card with a photo.
- If you do not complete your purchase or delivery within the deadline, your winnings will be void.
・After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. In the event of a defective product, we will not be able to provide a replacement. Please note that we will only be able to offer a refund.

- If multiple entries are made under the same name or account, the entries will be invalidated regardless of the reason.
