Even now, more than half a century after its founding, INDIVIDUALIZED SHIRTS continues to uphold its traditions and commitment to each and every shirt. This time, BEAMS BOY will be holding a custom-made shirt ordering event at BEAMS Futako Tamagawa, a popular regular event.
At this order event, you can customize your own shirt by combining more than 350 different fabrics and the body and details to your liking. In addition, several BEAMS BOY limited fabrics will be available during the event.

A custom order event for INDIVIDUALIZED SHIRTS, where you can pursue your ideal style. We asked the staff of BEAMS BOY who have ordered many shirts so far, about the appeal of the brand, the items they are most fond of, and tips on outfit!

The appeal of INDIVIDUALIZED SHIRTS is that you can freely customize the parts and sizes. "Individualized" means "(clothes and shoes) tailored to the individual." As the name suggests, even now, more than half a century after its founding, the company continues to make shirts tailored to the wearer, and I am attracted to their unwavering attitude.
Another appealing point is that it is made in the USA! It is a reliable brand that perfectly expresses the American casual style that is so important to BEAMS BOY.

The perfect dress, crafted with the utmost care.
I fell in love with the high-quality 100% wool fabric and ordered this dress in February of last year. I order pullover dresses every season, but this one is my favorite. I was particular about the flowing drape around the arms. I customized the length of the cuffs and the width of the armholes to achieve my ideal silhouette.
Taking advantage of its presence, it aims for simplicity.
Since this is a one-piece dress, don't layer it too much and outfit simply. Recently, it has become popular to wear it with the collar open and the waist marked. Match the colors of the brown belt and shoes, gold accessories, etc. to create a mature impression.

An item that I have a deep attachment to is this shirt that I ordered in February of last year. In the past, I often ordered button-down shirts and other formal shirts, so I wanted something new and selected a soft fabric with a relaxed feel. I ordered it without a core to give it the worn-in look of pajamas and a moderate amount of wrinkles. I like the masculine silhouette with no narrowing in the chest or waist.

A reliable shirt that can be worn all year round.
To make the shirt stand out, I chose oatmeal pants, white underwear, and socks. I also added loafers for a city boy look. I enjoy outfit freely throughout the year, whether it's with a turtleneck in the fall and winter or over a logo T-shirt in the spring and summer.
No more confusion, find the best size over and over again.
I've kept the order sheets from past "perfect sizes," so next time I'll order a button-down shirt in the same size. Once you've decided on the perfect size, you can order it again in that size, so it's very convenient! It's not easy to find a shirt that fits you perfectly, so I encourage everyone to try their hand at a custom order session to find the perfect Cinderella fit.

The items from INDIVIDUALIZED SHIRTS are simply tough! They are custom-made but can be worn without any worries, which is one of the reasons why they continue to be loved. I often wear shirts on a daily basis, so it's nice that I can wash them at home and wear them casually even straight out of the wash. Clothes that you wear often on a daily basis should be durable, right?

Don't skimp on the details and enjoy it your own way.
This is a piece I ordered with the main idea of wearing it as a jacket. It was based on the size of a shirt I already owned. There are two pockets on the chest to make it look like a jacket. Also, initials are embroidered on the sleeve. You can choose the position, color, and even the font of the embroidery, so it makes a subtle accent, so I recommend it!
A shirt that will broaden outfit options.
This is a layered style with a shirt dress that I also ordered a few years ago. The length and sleeves of the dress are intentionally long, so I chose a shirt-on-shirt style that brings out the perfect balance. Another point is that the embroidery on the sleeves matches the color of the stripes.
