The monotone black and off-white body features a roaring tiger in the moonlight, creating a truly iconic design. Based on a work from the mid-1950s, the embroidery technique uses a sophisticated needlework technique to realistically depict the tiger's fur and muscular physique. The contrasting colors against the black satin create a dynamic, dynamic look. The "JAPAN" inscription on the back recreates an oriental font popular among vintage pieces. The reversible side features a dragon floating in the sky, its long body hidden among the clouds. While the embroidery is primarily black, the gray thread edging the face and scales adds a three-dimensional effect. The dragon's mane, fluttering in the wind, is delicately depicted with thin horizontal embroidery. This "reverse color scheme," in which the color under the sleeves is darker than the body, creates a striking contrast between the white body and the black dragon.
