A Special order-dyed knife made by Misuzu Hamono, a knife manufacturer that continues to use traditional manufacturing methods.
The unique balance design makes the knife feel light at the tip, making it easy to use and reducing stress in the kitchen. A maneuverable knife for peeling fruit and filleting small fish.
Special features of Special order include a handle made of natural wood dyed with Awaji Island's "BEAMS JAPAN Indigo" and the Beams Japan logo engraved on the flat part of the blade. The indigo on the handle fades little by little with use, giving it a unique character.
Sanju Cutlery focuses on sharpness and ease of use, and each knife is carefully handcrafted.
*The base of the blade can also be used to hollow out potato sprouts, etc.
