Established in 1945 in Kobe's downtown area ``Nagata'', Yuriya has a wide variety of sauces, including okonomiyaki sauce, made Special order. The deep-fried sauce, named ``Fry Baron,'' has a fruity and sour taste, and is characterized by its chewy texture thanks to the generous use of mustard seeds. The original sauce supervised by Yuriya, a sauce professional, is a confident creation that will increase your appetite when sprinkled on fried foods such as pork cutlets, fish, and croquettes. The label design by illustrator "Tu-yang" also catches the eye. How about some original sauce from the town of Konamonya sauce, the birthplace of sobameshi?
