A 2-way dress with a body made of luxurious linen material that has a heavy feel, and the Kurume Kasuri (Important Intangible Cultural Property) that stands out.

Although it is a relaxed wear, the waist mark resembles a kimono obi, creating an elegant and well-defined silhouette.

The waist area is made with CATHRI 's original "Kurume Kasuri" fabric, which was specially Special order from a pattern manufacturer.

This rough beige check fabric is machine-woven on an old loom, and the ribbon and piping are made with plain indigo kasuri.

The indigo thread of the check pattern and the plain kasuri of the ribbon part are both deeply dyed with indigo, creating a sense of unity even though they are different parts, creating an excellent balance.

The body is made of No. 14 Safilin linen yarn, spun by a historic linen manufacturer in Flanders.

The fabric is woven in Japan using high-quality, lustrous yarn that is both strong and flexible.

While it has a sturdy thickness and thread thickness, the natural characteristics of the thread and the kneading of the fabric create a comfortable texture.

Not only can it be used as outerwear, but you can also arrange it in various ways by tying the waist strings together or tying each string with a ribbon.

Recommended as slightly luxurious room wear.

This is a lifetime item that is unique to CATHRI, which creates fashion that can be loved for a long time, as if cherishing tradition.
