■ Design
This wool jacket is based on a vintage A-1 jacket. A-1 style wool jackets are known to have been worn as winter uniforms by the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps), and this model is based on a rare specification among them. While the mainstream has a ribbed hem all the way around, this one has a panel on the front and piping on the placket. The unique light green color is also unique to this jacket, and it is thought to be a result of a different manufacturer when the early buffalo check was changed to green wool.
