This candy stripe button-down shirt from BEAMS PLUS made from Oxford fabric. It is made from 100% extra-long staple Supima cotton, which gives it a more elegant sheen and a softer, more supple texture than regular Oxford fabric.
Based on an American button-down shirt produced in the 1960s, it features a V-stitched left chest pocket and a collar shape designed for on/off wear. The side seams are narrow (3mm) and the overall number of stitches is set at 18 per 3cm for balance. All processes, including pattern matching, are completed by skilled craftsmen in Japan. The bottoms of both sides have a + mark bar closure, which is a typical BEAMS PLUS accent.
