BEAMS PLUS button-down shirt made from classic selvedge chambray fabric made at a textile factory in Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture, one of Japan's leading producers of shirt fabric. It is a material that allows you to enjoy the change in texture the more you wear it.
The pattern is based on American-made button-down shirts produced in the 1960s, and the pullover type has a wide body width, creating a relaxed American casual style.
The side stitches are narrow (3mm) lock stitches, and the overall sewing needle movement (3cm intervals) is set to 18. All processes are completed by skilled craftsmen at factories in Japan. The hem on both sides has a hook with a + mark as a focal point, giving it a typical BEAMS PLUS accent. The pattern has been changed to a slightly wider pattern than the previous model.
