Beatmaker Thomas Xu, who used to work at Theo Parrish's label Sound Signature, has released a new album on cassette tape only! This is a collaboration with Kladis, who he met in Michigan nearly 10 years ago after moving from Detroit to Chicago. Xu plays synthesizers, Kladis uses samples, drums and loops on the SP-555, and John Shaughnessy of Quality Cinema Band plays the drum kit. The 25-minute album is full of obscure, left-field, experimental psychedelic beats!
