An art show featuring KILLER-BONG, from BLACK SMOKER RECORDS which is more than a music label that continues to pursue only authenticity without pandering to the times, and Kawamura Kosuke, an artist who straddles cultures with his unorthodox style, will be held at BEAMS T Harajuku for the first time in four years from Friday, October 11th.

BLACK SMOKER RECORDS has been attracting discerning music lovers for over 20 years since its founding, with its unrelenting creative drive and overwhelming skills honed through practical experience. The territory of their activities sometimes encroaches on the art scene, and their symbolic venue, BLACK GALLERY, has created an exciting chemical reaction with many independent artists, including Kosuke Kawamura.

This exhibition will be held at the gallery "BEAMS T Harajuku", and will feature four types of items including hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeve T-shirts, and T-shirts that incorporate the collaborative collages of Kosuke Kawamura and KILLER-BONG. At the same time, artworks by the two artists will be exhibited and sold.

■ Material
This luxurious 18.7 oz heavyweight garment is made from open-end (air-spun) American cotton yarn, a staple of Made in USA products. The air trapped between the fibers creates a plump, voluminous feel, while the moderately stiff texture maintains a thick silhouette. The attention to detail extends not only to the surface, but also to the back. To overcome the stiffness of the fleece lining, a drawback of heavyweight garments, the backing yarn is slightly brushed. This gives the fabric just the right amount of softness and volume, creating a texture that even sweatshirt enthusiasts will appreciate.
