The La mer pattern was first drawn in 2014 and has been reproduced in limited quantities to commemorate the brand's 15th anniversary, so as an archive fan, we selected it with the feeling that it was a long-awaited item!

Kiwanda means workshop in Swahili. Designer Chieko launched the brand in 2009 with the idea of it being a place where ideas can take shape. Her designs, which she loves, are hand-drawn in an atelier at the back of her Aoyama store, and sometimes become knitted socks, and sometimes hand-printed using silk screen printing. The designs, which she creates with unique colors and patterns, are also attractive because they always have a feminine element.
