A multi-purpose tray made using a method that is still passed down today
A Seto ware plate from Aichi Prefecture.
During the 1960s and 1970s, when Scandinavian design was in vogue, there were requests for ceramics from Japan, where they could be produced cheaply at the time. Artists influenced by this trend began to use the casting method for production, a method that is still used today.
The name of this product comes from the amber-colored glaze, or candy.
In France and America, sweets are collectively called candy, and a variety of sweets are kept on tables in offices and homes.
Of course, it is also useful for storing accessories and small items.
