A fragrant ponzu soy sauce made with yuzu from Ehime.
The yuzu scent is just amazing.
In addition to the flavor of yuzu juice and Tatsumi soy sauce, it also has a slight sweetness.

Kajita Shoten
A soy sauce and miso brewery located in Ozu City, Ehime Prefecture. There are very few soy sauce breweries in Japan that handle every step of the soy sauce production process in-house, from purchasing ingredients to production. Kajita Shoten is one of those very few soy sauce breweries. All of the products sold are brewed in-house. None of the moromi mash is brewed using natural fermentation, without the addition of yeast or enzymes. We have been and will continue to brew safe and secure soy sauce and miso in harmony with the climate and environment of Ozu City, aiming to be "more natural and more delicious."
