This great value product is a random assortment of cracked, chipped, and irregular pieces that were rejected during the regular manufacturing process.
It may not look very good, but the taste and the effort that went into making it are just as good as the genuine product.
Without damaging the astringent skin, each bean is carefully boiled down and dried multiple times to make sweet amanatto.
