Product description
Spice curry to enjoy while camping or at home
Curry butter chicken made with plenty of fresh cream and butter, so even children can enjoy it. Delicious enough for those who don't like spicy food.
Curry is a staple of camping meals, but it's also recommended for meals at home.
[Ingredients for 4 servings]
400g of chicken thigh meat
Plain yogurt 200g
1 teaspoon of grated garlic (tube garlic is OK!!)
Grated ginger, 1 teaspoon (tube ginger is OK!!)
200g canned tomatoes
50g butter
200ml of fresh cream
100ml water
Peanut butter (optional!)
[How to make]
1: Cut the chicken thighs into large bite-sized pieces.
2. Place the cut chicken thighs, ingredients, and powdered spices in a Ziploc bag and marinate.
3. Add butter to a frying pan and once it's heated, add the marinated chicken thighs along with the liquid and stir-fry thoroughly until all the liquid is gone.
4. Once the liquid has evaporated and the chicken is browned, add the canned tomatoes.
5. Once the liquid from the canned tomatoes has evaporated and the mixture has turned into a paste, add water and simmer.
6. Once it comes to a boil, add the peanut butter and heavy cream, and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Place on a plate, sprinkle with fenugreek leaves (included), and it's done!
