■ Design
The "PARTY HIKE" series mesh T-shirts, inspired by the annual backpacking trips to Kamikochi by the Pilgrim Surf+Supply crew, are making a comeback with two new graphics.
"PARTY HIKE" features a logo design with a double meaning, combining the two concepts of "party" and "companions who act together."
One of the new graphics incorporates "WILL TO THE WOODS NO MORE," which is also the theme for MOUNTAIN RESEARCH this season. It is attracting attention as a message that deliberately overturns the conventional context.
Another print is "Nous n'irons plus au bois," which originates from French culture. It's a phrase derived from a traditional French nursery rhyme and rondo, meaning "We're no longer going into the woods."
This special garment expresses our relationship with nature and changing values from a humorous and cultural perspective.

After that, in 2006, he started <. . . . . RESEARCH>. Since then, Mr. Kobayashi has focused on what he is interested in at the time and has published research on NAVAL, RIDING EQUIPMENT, HUNTING JACKET, etc., with MOUNTAIN RESEARCH as the lead.
