■Hajime Tachibana
Born in Tokyo in 1951, he is a musician, graphic designer, and video artist. In 1976, he formed Plastics with Toshio Nakanishi and others. In 1979, they debuted with the single "Copy / Robot" on the British independent label Rough Trade. The following year, 1980, they made their Japanese debut with the album "WELCOME PLASTICS," playing a key role in the techno-pop boom. Since his solo debut in 1982, he has continued to be active in numerous bands and units, including Low Powers and The Chill. As a designer, he has worked on record jackets and music videos for many artists, and in 1991 he won the ADC Award for Best Artist, demonstrating his multifaceted talents. Currently, he leads his own band, Hm (Her Minor), and tours throughout Japan, mainly in tourist destinations and hot spring resorts.

■VIVA Strange Boutique
Opened in 2019 in Okusawa, Setagaya Ward, the store primarily produces and sells collaborative apparel with bands and artists who were active during the late 1970s and early 1980s, a period known as Post-Punk and New Wave.
