About sales method

Sales numbered ticket

・Depending on the situation on the day, numbered tickets may be distributed. (A numbered ticket does not guarantee a purchase. Please note that you may not be able to purchase your desired product depending on stock status.)

・Please present your BEAMS CLUB card, BEAMS CLUB mobile card, or WeBEAMS member screen and one of the following IDs with a photo when distributing numbered tickets and at the time of payment. Photocopies, photographs, and expired items will be invalidated. *You will not be able to join BEAMS CLUB card on the day of the event. Additionally, if there is a discrepancy between your ID and BEAMS CLUB card member information or WeBEAMS member information, we will refuse the sale.

You will be required to present one of the four photo IDs listed above. As an exception, if you do not have one, you may also present either a disability certificate with a photo or a My Number card. Basic resident register cards are not accepted.

・This numbered ticket is valid only on Saturday, December 1st.

・Enter the store in the order of the number on your numbered ticket.

・Your purchase will be exchanged for the numbered ticket, so please keep it in a safe place.

・If you are not present when the staff calls, we will guide you to the next number.

How to buy

・One person can purchase up to one item of each color.

・Items cannot be ordered from other stores.

-Cash on delivery (mail order) cannot be accepted.

・We cannot accept reservations.

・We cannot answer the number of products.

・After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. If the product is defective, we will not provide a replacement. We will only accept refunds.

Notes

・Please refrain from activities that may cause a nuisance to the neighborhood, such as lining up late at night.

・We do not respond to inquiries about the number of items in stock or the number of items in stock.

・We will refuse the sale if we see anyone giving or receiving money or goods, whether inside or outside the store.

・Diversion of BEAMS CLUB cards is prohibited.

・We are not responsible for any troubles between customers regarding sales.

・If you do not follow the staff's instructions on the day, we may refuse the sale.
