About changing or canceling order details

・As this is a made-to-order product, cancellations and refunds are not possible due to customer convenience.

・Selection of model, size, and color specifications is entirely at the customer's will, and changes cannot be made after ordering.

・As this product is handmade, there are individual differences between each item. Please note.

About product arrival

・Scheduled to arrive in late June 2020. The delivery date may be delayed.

・Once the ordered item is in stock, store staff will contact you by phone.

About purchasing products

・At the time of ordering, we will hold a deposit of at least 50% of the order amount, and you will be required to pay the difference when picking up the product.

・Please bring the slip you filled out at the time of ordering to the store.
