In order to protect the safety and security of our customers and to reduce congestion during sales, we will use a lottery system in advance.

Regarding lottery entry

・Entry period: July 20, 2020 (Monday) 11:00 to July 22, 2020 (Wednesday) 23:59.

・Customers who wish to enter, please check the following information and enter the necessary information from "Lottery Entry".

・Maximum of 1 entry per color per item per person. (Different sizes are not allowed). *There will be a lottery for each item.

・Only BEAMS CLUB members can enter the lottery. If you would like to participate in the lottery, please register in advance.

・Please enter the following four items: [Name], [Email address], [Residence (prefecture)], and [BEAMS CLUB (10-digit member number)].

・If multiple entries are made using the same name or account, the entries will be invalidated regardless of the reason. Additionally, if there is any incompleteness in the entered information, your entry may be invalidated.

・There will be no reply to the alert email indicating that the entry has been completed. We are unable to answer inquiries regarding whether or not your entry has been completed. please note that.

・Due to system conditions, the lottery may be delayed or changed. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding lottery results

・On Monday, August 3, 2020, only the winners will be sent an email to "info@beams.co.jp" with details such as the winning number and sales method.

・If you have set your spam email settings when we send you the winning email, there may be a transmission error, so please cancel your domain designation below. info@beams.co.jp

・We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot respond to inquiries regarding application status or winning results. We will contact you only by emailing you as a winner.

Regarding collection of winners

・Only the winner can purchase at "TEMPORARY STORE OF SSZ" from August 4th (Tuesday) to August 10th (Monday), 2020. *Purchase through cash on delivery or mail order is not possible.

・Winnings will be invalidated for any reason after business hours on Monday, August 10, 2020.

・Even during the pick-up period, if the store is crowded, numbered tickets may be distributed and customers may be asked to wait. We appreciate your cooperation in visiting our store with plenty of time to spare.
