Terms and conditions

・One person can only reserve one pair of men's size and one pair of women's size. (up to 2 points)

・Reservations cannot be made at stores other than "Pilgrim Surf+Supply" (Shibuya) / "Pilgrim Surf+Supply Kyoto" / BEAMS ONLINE SHOP.

・Reservations cannot be accepted over the phone. In addition, pick-up is only available at "Pilgrim Surf+Supply" (Shibuya) / "Pilgrim Surf+Supply Kyoto" / BEAMS ONLINE SHOP.

・If you make multiple reservations using the same name or account, the reservations will be invalidated regardless of the reason.

・Pick-up period is during business hours from August 28th (Friday) to September 3rd (Thursday). Purchases can only be made by the person who made the reservation. Please note that if the pick-up period has passed, the order will be cancelled.
