Please look forward to it.

No two days are the same sky
No two photos are the same

``Today's Sky,'' which started with the idea of ``photographing the sky to see the lights,'' is now in its 20th year. There are some people who say things like "too soon" has passed, but 20 years have been a long time coming.

This time, I reviewed all of ``today's skies'' for the photo exhibition. What surprised me was that each sky clearly reminded me of my daily life. Under each sky is the event that happened that day. It was also the moment when I realized once again the important role that photography plays. Continuing to do this is a major foundation for who I am today.

A year ago, a dear friend with whom I had shared time passed away into the sky.
It was Fuminori Tateno of BEAMS who said, ``When ``Today's Sky'' reaches its 20th anniversary, let's hold an exhibition to commemorate it.'' Whenever there was an exhibition, Mr. Tateno was always there on the opening day. We created many products together, including camera bags. He was always by my side at my production site, no matter what time or day it was.
Even now, I can't help but feel sad. Although I cannot meet him now, I would like to at least dedicate this exhibition to Mr. Tateno, who is up in the sky. Thank you very much, Mr. Tateno.
