What is the "Stock/Order" service?

This is a service that allows you to apply from the online shop to reserve inventory for trying on or purchasing at a store, or to have inventory delivered to a store of your choice.
We will hold the product at your desired store, so you can try it on and then purchase it at the store.
店舗に在庫がない場合、オンラインショップから取り寄せが可能です。

*Sale items, outlet items, and some items are not eligible for the try-on/hold-away service.
*There are some products, such as hygiene products and packaged products, that you are prohibited from trying on in the store.

Campaign conditions
・Purchase items costing 11,000 yen or more (tax included) on hold or ordering.
・This is not the total purchase price for multiple products.
*Only applicable for 1 product (tax included) of 11,000 yen or more.
Point reflection date

*We will contact you on My Page as soon as points have been awarded.
Point expiration date
Until the end of February 2023

Notes

-The maximum number of points awarded is 1000 points per person.
・A maximum of 3 items per person can be requested for try-on (reservation).
・We will contact you via email within 2 to 7 days from the date of your application regarding the availability of the product.
・You can try it on for 7 days after it is ready. For more details, please check the storage period under "Reservation/Order History" on My Page.
・If you apply near the end of the campaign, the product may not be ready in time and you may not be eligible for the campaign.
・It may not be available due to changes in store inventory.
・When visiting the store, please be aware of store holidays and business hours.
-The selling price at the time of application may differ from the selling price at the store.
・You may not be able to apply even if the item is displayed as "In stock."
・You will be notified of the results of your application by email.
・If the applicable product is returned, the gift points will be invalidated.
- Reservations made over the phone or in person are not eligible for the campaign.
