Terms of sale

*A dress code will be set for customers who wish to purchase "BODE GA x HOKA" on Saturday, March 25th.

・Please wear HOKA shoes (both feet).
*The sales season does not matter for worn items. Customers wearing only one leg will be refused purchase.

・If you purchase an in-store item and wear it on the same day, you will not be able to purchase it. We will also refuse your purchase if you wear a fake item.

・Numbered tickets may be distributed depending on the situation. If you are not wearing HOKA shoes at the time of ticket distribution and purchase, you will not be able to purchase.

・At the time of checkout, please present your BEAMS CLUB card, BEAMS CLUB mobile card, or We BEAMS member screen and the following ID with a photo.
*Copies, photos, and expired items will be invalid.

Please present one of the four photo IDs listed above.
As an exception, if you do not have one, you may also present either a disability certificate with a photo or a My Number card. Basic resident register cards are not accepted.
*You will not be able to join the BEAMS CLUB card on the day of the event.
*If there is a discrepancy between your ID and BEAMS CLUB card member information or We BEAMS member information, we will refuse the sale.

・Each person can purchase up to 1 item of each item (maximum 2 items).

・We do not accept reservations, reservations, or mail-order sales (cash on delivery).

・After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. If the product is defective, we will not provide a replacement. Please note that we will only accept refunds.

・We cannot respond to inquiries about the number of items in stock or the number of items in stock.

BEAMS ONLINE SHOP Lottery Sales Terms

*25.5, 28.5, and 29cm sizes are available only in stores. Please note that the developed size is different from the one sold in stores.

Regarding lottery entry

・Lottery entry reception period: March 25th (Sat) 11:00 to March 26th (Sun) 23:59.

-Customers who would like to enter the lottery, please check the details below and apply from the respective "Lottery Entry".

・Only BEAMS CLUB members can enter the lottery. If you would like to participate in the lottery, please register in advance.

・One person can enter up to one item of each item. (Different sizes are not allowed)
If you wish to change your entry details, please cancel from My Page [Lottery History] (online purchase) and enter again. Please note that this is only possible during the lottery acceptance period.

-Entry details cannot be changed after the lottery acceptance period has passed. Please check the contents carefully before applying.

・If multiple entries are made using the same name or account, the entries will be invalidated regardless of the reason.

Regarding lottery entry results

・Only the winners will be contacted via their registered email address after March 27, 2023 (Monday).

*If the purchase deadline has passed, you will not be able to purchase the winning product for any reason.

・We cannot ship overseas.

・If the winning product is returned to you for any reason (incorrect delivery address, delivery period has expired due to your absence, etc.), the product will be canceled for any reason.
