An event commemorating the release of the collaboration skateboard deck between Evisen Skateboards and manga artist Hikaru Matsuda will be held on the 4th floor of BEAMS JAPAN (Shinjuku) from July 14th (Friday).

Starting July 14th (Friday), an event to commemorate the release of the collaboration skateboard deck between Evisen Skateboards and manga artist Hikaru Matsuda will be held at BEAMS JAPAN (Shinjuku).
At the event, there will be an exhibition and sale of Matsuda's new works, collaboration T-shirts of Mitsuru Matsuda × Evisen Skateboards × TOKYO CULTUART by BEAMS, and collaborations between the two that will be developed in the Evisen Skateboards Summer 2023 Collection. We will be holding a pre-sale of Deck Type 3, T-shirts, and long sleeve T-shirts. We will also be taking orders for handmade bonburas, which incorporate Matsuda's artwork from this board graphic.
Additionally, a reception party will be held on July 14th (Friday) from 18:00 to 20:00, which is open to everyone. Please take this opportunity to visit the venue.

Matsuda Hikaruichi

Born in 1994 in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture. After moving to Tokyo, she entered an art school. Attended ``The path of special manga artist avant-garde'' and studied under Mr. Takashi Nemoto. While still a student, he won the 22nd Ax Manga Newcomer Award sponsored by Seirin Kogeisha. Since then, he has started serializing his manga in the same magazine. An up-and-coming young artist who continues the "Garo-kei" style with his unique line drawings and color usage.
