Terms of sale and notes

Only for customers who purchase products on the day, you can have one-point embroidery in your favorite color on the front left chest area.

・One person can purchase up to one item of each color.

・If you would like embroidery, an embroidery fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) will be charged for each item.

・You can choose from 8 embroidery colors, but you cannot choose the position. Also, only one design is available.

- There may be slight individual differences in the embroidery position as it is handmade.

・Embroidery service will be accepted only for customers who purchase on the day. We cannot accept embroidery on previously purchased items or personal items brought in.

・If the reception desk for the embroidery service is crowded, we may not hand over your item on the spot, but you may have to come pick it up at BEAMS Harajuku at a later date or have it delivered to you. Delivery after this date is scheduled for around mid-January.

-For delivery, in addition to the embroidery fee, a separate shipping fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged nationwide.

Also, members of BEAMS CLUB member stages "PLATINUM Stage" and "BLACK Stage" will be free of charge regardless of the purchase amount.

・Reception will be on a first-come, first-served basis on the day, and the embroidery service may be closed if the number of applications reaches the upper limit. Also, depending on the sales situation on the day, there is a possibility that the item or size you request may not be available.

-After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. If the product is defective, we will not provide a replacement. Please note that we only accept returns.

・We are not responsible for any troubles between customers.

・If you do not follow the instructions and precautions of staff and staff, you may be refused entry. You may also be asked to leave the venue.

・Due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, the event may be canceled or postponed without notice. In that case, transportation costs and accommodation costs to the venue will not be compensated. Please note.
