Sales terms and notes

・For sales on Saturday, February 10th, admission will be decided by lottery on the day. It is not on a first-come, first-served basis.

・Please come to the meeting place and time listed below. We will hold a lottery for those who line up and inform you of the designated visit date and time. Please note that if you are past the meeting time, you will not be able to participate in the lottery under any circumstances.

・If there are a large number of lottery applicants, we may not be able to provide information on Saturday, February 10th.

・Items may be sold out as of Saturday, February 10th.

・Meeting location/meeting time is as follows.
“BEAMS T Harajuku”…In front of BEAMS T store on Tonchan Street side / [8:00-8:59]
“BEAMS Street Umeda”…HEP FIVE front entrance, right side of see-through elevator / [8:00-8:59]
“BEAMS Sendai”…In front of the BEAMS store – along the main street [9:00-9:59]

・Please come back to the store at the time written on your lottery ticket and we will guide you in numerical order. Please note that the lottery tickets handed out here do not guarantee purchase. Please note that the item or size you request may not be available.

・Raffle tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Please be careful not to lose it.

・Please present BEAMS CLUB mobile card or We BEAMS member screen and the photo ID listed below at the time of lottery or checkout. Photocopies, photos, and expired items will be invalid.

・Diversion of BEAMS CLUB cards is prohibited.

・Limited to one purchase per item per person.

・Reservations, reservations, back-orders, and mail-order sales are not possible.

・We do not respond to inquiries about the number of items in stock or the number of items in stock.

・During busy times, we may refuse to allow you to try on clothes.

・Depending on sales conditions, the item or size you request may not be available.
Additionally, depending on the status of the advance sale on February 9th (Friday), some items or sizes may be missing from the beginning of the general sale on February 10th (Saturday). Please note.

・We will refuse the sale if we see anyone giving or receiving money or goods, whether inside or outside the store.

-After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. If a product is defective, we may not have a replacement available. Please note that in that case, we will only accept returns.

・We are not responsible for any troubles between customers.

・If you do not follow the instructions and precautions of staff and staff, you may be refused entry. You may also be asked to leave the venue.

・At the reception party on February 9th (Friday), only customers who have won the pre-sale application will be able to purchase items.

・Depending on the response, the sales method may be changed without prior notice.

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, the event may be canceled or postponed without notice. In that case, transportation costs and accommodation costs to the venue will not be compensated. Please note.
