In order to ensure smooth sales on the day, we will assign a time to visit the store based on a lottery system based on advance registration. The time to visit the store will be determined by a strict lottery system.

Regarding entry

・The lottery application period is from 20:00 on Monday, October 7th, 2024 to 23:59 on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024.
*There will be no reply to the alert email when your entry is complete. We cannot answer any inquiries regarding whether your entry has been completed or not. Thank you for your understanding.

・Customers who wish to enter, please check the following information and enter the necessary information from "Lottery Entry".

・Please enter the following four items: [Name], [Email address], [Address (Prefecture)], and [Store where you would like to purchase].
The time of your visit will be decided by lottery.

*Depending on sales on the day, you may not be able to purchase the item or size you want.

・If multiple entries are made using the same name or account, the entries will be invalidated regardless of the reason.

・If there is any incompleteness in the entered information, your entry may be invalidated.

Regarding lottery entry results

・Only the winners will be notified by 20:00 on Friday, October 11, 2024 via the email address they entered when they applied, along with details such as the date and time of their visit, winning number, and sales method.

・Please note that the time of your visit will be determined by a strict lottery system. We cannot accommodate all requests.

・We cannot respond to inquiries regarding application status or lottery results. Please note.

・Only the winner will be able to choose the items they wish to purchase at the specified store date and time.
*Only lottery entries can be accepted using the "Lottery Entry" form.

・This entry is for speedy admission and does not guarantee the purchase of limited items. Even if you are a winner, there is a possibility that you may not be able to purchase your desired item or size due to sales conditions.

・Please present the following photo ID when paying. Copies, photos, and expired IDs will be invalid.

For those who do not have four types of ID with a photo, you can also present a disability certificate with a photo or a My Number card.

Sales terms and notes

・Each person is limited to purchasing one item per color.
*Different sizes of the same item and color are not allowed.

・Reservations, reservations, back-orders, and mail-order sales are not possible.

・We do not respond to inquiries about the number of items in stock or the number of items in stock.

・We will refuse the sale if we see anyone giving or receiving money or goods, whether inside or outside the store.

・Diversion of BEAMS CLUB cards is prohibited.

・We are not responsible for any troubles between customers.

・If you do not follow the instructions and precautions of staff/personnel, you may be refused entry. You may also be asked to leave the venue.

・Due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, the event may be canceled or postponed without notice. In that case, transportation costs and accommodation costs to the venue will not be compensated. Please note.
