The event "Enen Izumo Produced by BEAMS JAPAN", showcasing the charms of Shimane and Izumo, will be held again during Izumo Week in January!

2025.01.10

BEAMS JAPAN, which promotes the appeal of Japanese "things" and "experiences" both domestically and internationally, will be holding "Enen Izumo Produced by BEAMS JAPAN," an event that was well received when it was held in November this year, again for two days on January 25th (Sat) and 26th (Sun) at Izumo Taisha-mae Station.
Through the "BEAMS JAPAN GATE STORE" project, < BEAMS JAPAN > has co-created stores with local partners in various regions of Japan, opening them in famous and scenic spots throughout the country. With the cooperation of many local businesses, government officials, craftspeople, and others, this project has provided a multifaceted appeal that could not have been achieved by < BEAMS JAPAN > alone. We are grateful for the "En-En Izumo Produced by BEAMS JAPAN" project, and we hope that the strengths of each of these individuals will be combined to create the future charms of Shimane and Izumo, and to communicate these charms even more widely.
January 26th is Izumo Day. This year, the week including January 26th will be "Izumo Week", and in addition to "Enen Izumo Produced by BEAMS JAPAN", various content will be planned throughout Izumo. We will promote the charm of "Izumo, the sacred land of connections" to local residents and tourists from outside the city and prefecture.
In addition, on the day of the event, Saturday the 25th, Izumo City Mayor Toshiyuki Iizuka and Matsue City Mayor Akihito Uesada, who are connected to this event, are also scheduled to attend. We look forward to seeing you at this opportunity to fully experience the charm of Shimane and Izumo.
