RANDY × FUTURE ARCHIVE & ENCOMING × International Gallery BEAMS collaborate to create different products

RANDY, a brand created by Ryunosuke Aikawa, which develops a unique collection inspired by art and architecture, and ENCOMING, a brand created by designer Daiki Kato, whose sensibility and philosophy are cultivated in London, have collaborated with FUTURE ARCHIVE and International Gallery BEAMS to create different products using original fabrics.

This collection features two types of tops and bottoms, made with a polyester base and an opal finish that melts only the cotton pile parts to bring out the pattern. The items, which are particular about a single beautiful color, have an outstanding presence not only when worn alone but also when worn as a set.

RANDY and FUTURE ARCHIVE have created a one-of-a-kind pair of "Tornado Pants" that curve like a banana when hung on a hanger. The pants swirl from the knees to hug the skin, and the fabric gathers beautifully at the front, creating a linear silhouette as if they were hanging from the back. The eye-catching design makes this an item that is truly like an art piece.

Meanwhile, ENCOMING and International Gallery BEAMS have produced a sophisticated and minimalist short zip blouson. The neat look is created by welt pockets and side seam pockets, and the compact yet boxy silhouette is combined. The three-dimensional volume created by the tucks around the elbows creates a rich look that changes with your movements.

In commemoration of the collaboration, a more variety event will be held on the third floor of BEAMS Harajuku from Friday, March 21st to Sunday, March 23rd, featuring Special order items from ENCOMING and RANDY, as well as other items from the two brands that are not normally available.
During the event, the venue will be decorated with flowers by flower stylist Shoma Hirouchi.
In addition, we will be holding a launch party at the same venue from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the release date, Friday, March 21st, which is open to everyone.
