Founded in Finland in 1873, ARABIA is a leading Nordic tableware brand. Among its products, MOOMIN Arabia, based on the Moomin stories by Tove Jansson, has been loved by fans around the world for many years.
To celebrate its 80th anniversary, we are releasing special collaboration items between MOOMIN ARABIA and BEAMS JAPAN which uniquely express the world of Moomin.
The hand-painted mugs are the second in a series that was released this spring, primarily in Scandinavian countries, and quickly sold out. The mugs are based on the designs of Moomin children's tableware, designed by Tove Jansson herself and sold by ARABIA in the 1950s. Each mug is hand-painted. The Moomin characters are depicted in a nostalgic design, with pop colors that complement the signature BEAMS orange.
The Moominmamma figure, also made of hand-painted porcelain, is a special edition that depicts Mama's familiar black bag in the orange color that is symbolic of BEAMS.
No two are alike, making this a must-have collector's item for fans.
The wide-ranging lineup also includes T-shirts, tote bags, hats, badges, coin cases and other items featuring the original Moomin characters, all of which elevate the adorable world of Moomin in a unique BEAMS JAPAN style.

As of Friday, September 5th, the lottery sales for the hand-painted mugs and Moominmamma figures at BEAMS ONLINE SHOP and the lottery for admission to BEAMS JAPAN (Shinjuku) and BEAMS LIFE Yokohama have ended.
Only lottery winners will be notified on Saturday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st, and regular sales will begin on Monday, September 22nd. Other items do not require lottery entry and will be on regular sale from Saturday, September 20th, 2025.

・Only BEAMS CLUB members can enter the lottery. If you would like to participate in the lottery, please register in advance.
・If you are already registered with BEAMS CLUB and there are any changes to your registration information, please update your registration information in advance.
・Once you have completed your entry, you cannot change the information you have entered.
・Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding whether or not your entry has been completed.
・If multiple entries are made using the same name or account, the entries will be invalidated regardless of the reason.
・Each person may enter only one item per entry.
・If you apply through the "BEAMS ONLINE SHOP Lottery," payment can only be made by credit card.
