More variations and demonstration events featuring all Teenage Engineering items will be held

Teenage Engineering, a Stockholm-based company that has been releasing unique electronic instruments including synthesizers since its founding in 2005. BEAMS RECORDS (Harajuku) will be hosting a More Variation event featuring all of the brand's items, which are known for their playful and unconventional product concepts.
During the event, we will be stocking the "field system™ black" series, which was released this year and caused a big stir, as well as electronic instruments that are not usually available, and carry cases and bags designed specifically for equipment.We will also be selling the recently released "EP-40 + EP-2350 Launch Kit," a loop beat machine specialized for reggae and dub.
This year's More Variations event will feature in-store staff to provide advice on how to use and select equipment. While lectures will be held using in-store samples, you are also welcome to bring your own teenage engineering gear. Additionally, on Friday, December 12th, we will be holding a demonstration event for the EP-40 + EP-2350 Launch Kit. This will be a rare opportunity to experience and play with the equipment alongside 1TA and ICHIHASHI DUBWISE, two artists active in Japan's reggae/dub scene.

teenage engineering
A Swedish company founded in 2005 by Jesper Kouthoofd, David Eriksson, Jens Rudberg and David Möllerstedt and based in Stockholm. He has released many playful products, including synthesizers centered around the OP-1.
Their signature product and first product, the OP-1, was announced at the 2010 NAMM Show and was well received by many people, not just musicians, and won the Swedish Design S Awards in 10 categories in 2012. I won one of them. Based on a free idea that is not bound by existing musical instrument concepts, we successfully combine modern and retro designs and have introduced many products such as the Pocket Operator series and OB-4 to the world.

Join 1TA from the dub unit Bim One Production and ICHIHASHI DUBWISE, who produces tracks and is responsible for DUBMIX for the alternative reggae band KEN2D SPECIAL, as you learn and play.

One of the founders of the labels Rewind Dubs and Riddim Chango Records, he also produces the bass culture collective "BS0" and the sound system festival event "TOKYO DUB ATTACK / Dub Cinema." He is currently releasing numerous recordings, primarily under the name "Bim One Production," a dub unit formed with e-mura.

ICHIHASHI DUBWISE
ICHIHASHI DUBWISE is responsible for producing tracks and dubmixing for Tokyo-based alternative reggae band KEN2D SPECIAL. Beginning his career as part of the new roots sound label URC SOUNDSYSTEM, he has developed a mad scientist-like approach to his work, working on dubmixes for not only KEN2D SPECIAL but also various other artists, primarily releasing vinyl releases. In recent years, he has launched a full-scale solo live set under the name ICHIHASHI DUBWISE, which expanded upon this with his debut solo release, "Midnight Rider" (7-inch), to be released in the summer of 2025 on ARRROUND Wicked Sound Maker. He also co-hosts STRICTLY ROCKERS The PARTY at Torako Shokudo, a revival of the hugely popular mix CD series STRICTLY ROCKERS.
