Information on advance lottery for admission

Pre-entry lottery target date

We will be holding a lottery for advance entry to the store on three days: Friday, January 9th, Saturday, January 10th, and Sunday, January 11th.

Lottery entry period

Application period: Friday, December 26, 2025, 3:00 PM - Sunday, January 4, 2026, 11:59 PM

Regarding lottery entry

・Only BEAMS CLUB members can enter. If you would like to enter the lottery, please register in advance.
・The only store eligible for advance entry is BEAMS News (Shinjuku).
・We do not respond to emails confirming your entry has been completed. We cannot answer inquiries regarding whether your entry has been completed or not.
・You cannot check your lottery history entries on My Page.
・Once you have applied for the lottery, you cannot change the contents of your entry. Please make sure you have checked the contents carefully before applying.
・If there is insufficient information in the application form, your entry may be invalidated.
・If multiple entries are made using the same name or account, the entries will be invalidated regardless of the reason.

Regarding lottery entry results

・Only the winners will be contacted via their registered email address on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026.
・Winning notification emails will be sent from [info@beams.jp]. If you have specified domains for receiving emails, please allow the above domains or disable the settings.
・Due to system conditions, the lottery may be delayed or changed. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please note that we cannot answer inquiries regarding the winning results.

Regarding entry on January 9th (Friday), January 10th (Saturday), and January 11th (Sunday)

・Only the winner of the advance lottery will be allowed to enter, but preschool children may accompany them. (We may ask you to leave depending on the situation.)
・Details on how to enter the store will be included in the winning email.
・There will be a rotation system every 30 minutes. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
・Even if you are selected as a winner, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to purchase the product as stock levels may change after the product goes on sale.
・If you do not show up at the time you selected, you will be denied entry. We cannot change your time slot.
・When entering the store, please present your winning email and one of the following photo IDs as specified by our company. (1) Driver's license (2) Passport (3) Student ID (4) Employee ID If you do not have all four photo IDs, you can also present a disability certificate with a photo or a My Number card with a photo. *Copies, photos, and expired IDs will be invalid.

Terms of sale

・We do not accept reservations or reservations.
・Each person may purchase up to one of each item.
・After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience. If the product is defective, or if the product is out of stock, we will only refund the purchase price. Thank you for your understanding.
・If we observe any exchange of money or goods or soliciting, whether inside or outside the store, we will refuse to allow you to make sales.
・We cannot answer inquiries about the number of items in stock or the number of items in stock.
・We cannot accept orders between stores that carry this product or to stores other than those that carry it.
