From May 1, 2026 (Fri.), a pop-up store for the "EIKYO ASIA" project, organized by the Nagoya-based Thai curry restaurant YANGGAO, will be held at TOKYO CULTUART by BEAMS on the 4th floor of BEAMS JAPAN (Shinjuku).
This event will feature collaborative items with artists from across Asia who have connections with "YANGGAO," as well as numerous limited-edition items produced by < TOKYO CULTUART by BEAMS >. The venue layout during the event will be handled by <QUIET SPACE TOOL & FURNITURE>, which has close ties with the store.
Additionally, on the opening day, May 1st (Friday), YOUR SONG IS GOOD (CHILL & DUB) from Kakubarhythm will be featured in an opening party with live music and a DJ set.
This pop-up shop will serve as a prologue to the "Influence Asia" project area within "Mori, Michi, Ichiba," which will be held in Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture from May 22nd (Friday). Don't miss this opportunity to experience the energy of the event ahead of time!
*Please note that the "Mori, Michi, Ichiba" pop-up store by TOKYO CULTUART by BEAMS will only be open on Sunday, May 24th.

In 2018, a husband and wife team opened "YANGGAO," a Thai curry restaurant in Jōshin, Nishi-ku, Nagoya. The owner lived in Bangkok for about six and a half years starting in 2010, and based on that experience, reinterprets Thai food, music, fashion, and culture from a local and independent perspective. Beyond running a restaurant, they also create products they design themselves and promote Asian culture. Owner MOOLA is a record enthusiast and also works as a DJ.

Influence on Asia (EIKYO ASIA)
"Influence Asia" is a project spearheaded by MOOLA, the owner of YANGGAO.
Starting with the "Morimichi Market," an outdoor market festival held in Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture, we reinterpret cultures from various parts of Asia from our own unique perspective and reconstruct them with an editorial viewpoint. We communicate this through products and space creation.
Without being bound by existing frameworks such as country or genre, we curate culture by focusing on local, individual expressions and atmospheres. We present new values and perspectives that emerge from the intersection of each person's "everyday life."
