How to obtain a coupon
Step 1: Find coupons from your LINE membership card.
Scanning the QR code on the in-store POP display will open your "Membership Card." Tap "Coupon" on the screen that opens.
Step 2: Get a coupon
Please select "10% OFF coupon usable now on BEAMS HEART / BEAMS mini products" from the list.
Step 3: Use the coupon
When paying, please open the screen displaying the coupon you received and show it to our staff. Follow the staff's instructions and tap the "Use" button on the screen to complete the coupon redemption and apply the benefits.
Notes
◾️Regarding the number of times you use the service
The coupon can be used once at any BEAMS HEART store during the promotional period.
◾️When using at the store
Please be sure to present BEAMS CLUB membership card when paying.
◾️Regarding point accrual
When purchasing eligible campaign items, BEAMS CLUB points will be awarded at a flat rate of 2%. Please note that alteration fees, shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and box fees are not eligible for discounts or point accrual.
◾️For new members and provisional members
If you do not complete the "final registration" during the campaign period, you will not be able to use the coupon.
◾️Other
Please note that we cannot reissue or reuse coupons that have been marked as "used" due to customer error, or coupons resulting from product returns or cancellations.
