<BEAMS> added some twi st s t o <SALOMON>’s long-selling “XA PRO 3D GTX”. It has GORE-TEX and can be used in all kinds of situations from daily use to outdoor activities. The base color is pure white and there is an asymmetrical gradation design on the upper that gives it a sophisticated look. Available in both men’s and woman’s versions.

The theme for this collection? “A Rare kidsized vintage item that is displayed behind the cash register in a thrift store”. <MONDAY EDITION>, a jewelry brand by a Korean designer, is joining the <Ray BEAMS> lineup this season. Two earrings - the asymmetric ones with chains and rings, and the box chain design are specially-ordered exclusive items.
飛び鉋といえば、福岡の小石原焼や大分の小鹿田焼が有名だが、こちらは沖縄・読谷村北窯の名工、松田米司の作品。〈フェニカ〉のディレクターが所有していた古いやちむんを再現したという7寸皿は中央の木の意匠のせいか愛嬌ある顔つき。
The most famous brands of Tobikanna pottery are probably the Koishiwara in Fukuoka and the Ontayaki in Oita. This, however, is a piece crafted by Yoneshi Matsuda, a master craftsman of Kitagama in Yomitan-mura, Okinawa. The 21 cm plate is a recreation of an old yachimun that one of the <fennica> directors owned. The detail in the center makes it a lovable piece.

The pocket full of pockets and shirt with detachable sleeves, was specially order by <BEAMS PLUS> to Setsumasa Kobayashi’s new brand <LUGGAGE WEAR RESEARCH>. The collection is playful and full of storage space, with the designer’s personality shown in the messages on the pockets.
