Product description
A humorous god design that brings good luck
A Special order lucky charm T-shirt from BEAMS JAPAN, depicting the Seven Lucky Gods, who are worshipped in Japan as gods of good fortune. Illustrator HONGAMA has created a surreal and humorous illustration from his unique perspective, depicting the Seven Lucky Gods riding on a treasure ship, Daikokuten riding on military provisions, and Ebisu riding on a sea bream. The T-shirt uses a round body made of American cotton spun in America and knitted in 16/1 jersey, giving it a moderately dense weave and a plump, voluminous feel. It is a unique yet good design that can be incorporated into fashion items.

The blessings of the Seven Lucky Gods
・Daikokuten: A god of good fortune who is well known for holding a magic mallet, carrying a large bag on his back, and wearing a hood. His blessings include bountiful harvests, increased family wealth, and prosperity of descendants.

・Bishamonten: The only one of the Seven Lucky Gods to have the appearance of a military commander, he holds a staff in his right hand, a pagoda in his left hand, and is stepping on the evil spirit Tennojaki under his feet. In the past, he was worshipped by warlords of the Sengoku period as a god of military fortune. His blessings include warding off evil and granting great wishes.

・Ebisu-ten: The god of fishing, with a friendly appearance holding a sea bream in his left hand and a fishing rod in his right. Later, he gained deep faith as the god of prosperity in business. His blessings include a large catch, a good harvest, and prosperity in business.

・Jurojin: He is characterized by his long head and long white beard that take up half of his body. He is generally depicted holding a peach and accompanied by a deer. The deer and peach are symbols of longevity. His blessings include longevity, recovery from illnesses, prosperity, and prosperity of descendants.

・Fukurokuju: He is blessed with the virtues of longevity and happiness, and is characterized by his appearance accompanied by a crane and a turtle, holding a jewel in his left hand and a staff with a scroll tied to it in his right hand. His blessings include prosperity of descendants, wealth and prosperity, longevity in good health, and success in life.

・Benzaiten: The only goddess among the Seven Lucky Gods. She is often depicted as an unparalleled beauty playing the biwa. She is said to control music and eloquence due to the beautiful sound of flowing water, and bestows eloquence and wisdom, and brings success in the fields of entertainment and academics. She is also said to bestow honor. She is also said to bring luck with money and fortune.

・Hotei-son: Hotei-son is said to be an incarnation of Maitreya Bodhisattva, and is a god who always smiles when interacting with people. His large bag is filled with treasures, and is said to have been given to devout people. He is deeply revered as a god of happiness, marital harmony, and fertility.
