This Mexican parka combines precious vintage hand-woven "Kurume Kasuri" fabric in parts with rugged linen fabric.

This classic item, which could be said to be a symbol of casual style, has been given a CATHRI interpretation.

"Kurume Kasuri" is a machine-woven fabric with a rough beige check pattern produced on an old loom, and is a CATHRI original made Special order based on the pattern.

The zipper pull and the design string on the chest are made with a beautiful deep indigo dye that has been dyed many times over, and are made using the warp and weft kasuri technique, which requires great craftsmanship as the patterns are matched up and woven by hand.

The body is made of No. 14 Safilin linen yarn, spun by a historic linen manufacturer in Flanders.

The fabric is woven in Japan using high-quality, lustrous yarn that is both strong and flexible.

While it has a solid thickness and the thread is thick, the inherent characteristics of the thread and the fabric have been kneaded to create a comfortable texture.

We recommend a casual outfit with a T-shirt, high-neck top, denim, or sweatshirt.

It goes great with the Plaid Wrapped Pants (sold separately), which are made from the same fabric, and the Sweat Pants (sold separately), which are made from a relaxing material.

The size is also great because it can be worn unisex.

Recommended as slightly luxurious room wear.

This is a lifetime item that is unique to CATHRI, which creates fashion that can be loved for a long time, as if cherishing tradition.
